Assistant Store Manager – Williams Lake, BC

Compensation: $56,000 – $66,500 CAD annually.

Responsibilities
Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business: drive sales leveraging business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills.
Nurture talent & lead a team: engage hearts and minds of team, develop skills to realize personal best.
Inspire others: become a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through the team.
Qualifications
2 years retail or customer service management experience.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment.
Minimum High School diploma or GED.
Requirements
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed.
Ability to work full time (regularly >40 hours per week, variable hours incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
