Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of 50-100 culinary specialists

Oversee PNL management, budgeting, and forecasting

Requirements:
3 years+ experience in Culinary Leadership
Proven skills in developing and inspiring teams
Experience in talent recruitment and retention
Valid Food Protected and Health & Safety Certificates
Prepare to assist with current restaurant openings across Canada and the US
