Join Stonehenge Therapeutic Community as an Addictions Nurse Practitioner. Provide comprehensive care in diverse settings, promoting recovery and harm reduction strategies in a supportive setting. The Nurse Practitioner team at STC delivers critical addiction medicine services including virtual care, in-home support, and community clinics throughout Waterloo-Wellington. Candidates passionate about addiction medicine will work collaboratively with a skilled team, supporting individuals with substance use disorders in various environments. Conduct advanced health assessments for patients with addictions
Manage co-existing health conditions effectively




Utilize evidence-based interventions for diverse client needs
Provide clinical advice to health professionals and community groups
Emphasize harm reduction and recovery-oriented approaches Requirements:
Baccalaureate in Nursing required, Master’s preferred
Current RN(EC) or NP registration with Ontario College
Experience in community or primary care settings
Knowledge of addiction medicine and prescribing narcotics
