About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Customer to own our entire Customer function from first prospect interaction ->
onboarding ->
customer engagement ->
renewals and expansions. You will work directly with our Founder & CEO to set the Customer strategy and foundation to get us to $10M in ARR. And you'll be a force multiplier across the business;
working closely with engineering, product, leadership, investors and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Own the full customer lifecycle -- first prospect interaction, onboarding, engagement, renewals, expansion. All of it is yours
Run first customer interactions post sale
Own onboarding. Get every customer to first value quick and prove ROI in the first 30 days
Drive ongoing engagement. Run QBRs, own
