Key Responsibilities:
Lead over 90 full time employees and 60 Auxiliaries
Oversee a budget of approximately $90 million

Provide strategic advice to City Council on community impacts
Requirements:
University degree in Public Safety or related field
At least five years of leadership experience
Knowledge of RCMP legislation and community safety
Robust strategic planning and conflict resolution skills
RCMP Enhanced Security clearance and BC Driver’s License required
