· Ability to work independently with appropriate supervision

· Willingness to provide and receive feedback

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Alberta Driver's license and vehicle required for on-site meetings or site inspections (mileage reimbursement provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Member of CIQS and/or RICS

· Technologist, Engineering, or Architecture diploma or degree

Work Arrangements:

· Primarily remote work

· Calgary metro residency required

· In office availability within Calgary and Southern Alberta as needed (flexibly scheduled)

Work Environment and Expectations:

You'll be part of a relaxed and accommodating team where thorough, high-quality work is valued above all else. We trust our employees to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks. While occasional tight deadlines may require extra effort, we also value an actual balance between life and work.

Compensation:

This is an intermediate-level position, with salary ranging from $75,000–$100,000 CAD annually plus performance based bonus depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skill.
