Key Responsibilities:
• Identify quality and customer service issues, implement solutions
• Act as liaison between service center and corporate quality teams
• Assist in conducting on-site audits with the Quality Operations Manager




• Manage audit findings and engage in resolution processes
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve supplier-related quality issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Two years of quality management experience in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AutoCAD
• Bilingual in French and English
