How it works
You get paid on performance: $10 per 1,000 views , uncapped. A video that hits 10K = $100. One that hits 100K = $1,000. No ceiling, no view cap per video.
What you'll do
- Own the concept, shoot, and edit — we give you the product, positioning, and hooks that work
- Iterate fast based on what performs
You're a fit if you
- Have made short-form video before (link us your work — personal account is fine)
- Understand hooks, pacing, and retention
- Are comfortable being on camera or building solid faceless edits
- Want upside instead of a fixed hourly rate
