Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing – Indirect, you will oversee procurement from start to finish. This role demands a proactive approach in supplier selection, RFx management, and contract negotiations while fostering relationships across various operational teams. Your expertise will enable FGF to achieve operational excellence and improved profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing events for MRO and indirect spend categories
• Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations
• Develop category strategies optimizing cost and quality




• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Conduct spend analysis to uncover savings opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement
• Experience in manufacturing or CPG environments
• Proven track record in supplier management and negotiations
• Solid analytical skills with Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems preferred
