Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily property management and administration functions
Oversee tenant inquiries and maintain communication




Ensure financial accuracy within Yardi Breeze
Conduct regular site visits and inspections
Manage lease applications and strategic team meetings

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in residential property management
Robust knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant laws
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and Yardi Breeze Premier
Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access
