Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Structural Engineers, EITs, and Designers
Establish engineering standards and quality processes
Provide technical oversight for structural deliverables




Support project planning and efficiency improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration in Ontario
8+ years of experience in Structural Engineering
Leadership experience in mentoring engineering teams
Solid knowledge of Canadian engineering standards
