Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor distribution engineers effectively
Direct system design improvements and conversions
Address complex technical issues with creative solutions
Review and approve engineering documentation
Ensure project compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
P. Eng. designation in British Columbia
5–15 years of electrical distribution experience
Extensive knowledge of overhead systems
Solid team leadership and organizational skills
Class 5 Driver's License required
Lead impactful projects and contribute to municipal energy improvements at Matchbox.
