Located in the heart of downtown Magog, the Experience Hotel – Marina District is a boutique hotel offering 30 contemporary, fully equipped suites. Our mission is to provide each of our guests with a warm, personalized, and memorable experience through attentive, high-quality service.

We are currently seeking a agile, friendly, and service-oriented receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests and provide exceptional service from the moment they arrive;
Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and professionally;
Respond to inquiries via phone, email or in person accurately and courteously;
Anticipate guests' needs and offer personalized service to ensure their satisfaction;
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience;
Promote hotel services, local attractions,



and regional activities to enhance the guests' experience;
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Requirements:
Bilingualism in French and English required to provide quality service to our local, tourist, and international clientele;
Previous experience of at least one year in a similar role preferred;
Training in hospitality and/or relevant experience is an asset;
Knowledge of the area and local tourist attractions is an asset;
Proficiency in computer software such as Office Suite, PMS (Mews is an asset);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic workplace.
