This leadership role emphasizes developing client-centric investment strategies while mentoring the Alternatives team. Key Responsibilities:
Develop the investment strategy for alternative assets
Lead and mentor Alternatives Investment Directors
Manage multi-asset alternative strategies and advisory mandates




Collaborate on product development and Know-Your-Product initiatives
Promote Mercer Alternatives through thought leadership and marketing

Requirements:
BA/BS in finance or related field;
advanced degree preferred
15+ years of experience in alternatives investing
CFA and CAIA certifications preferred
Canadian Portfolio Manager registration preferred
Bilingual in French and English for client interactions
