This role emphasizes leading landscape architecture projects from concept to construction, requiring a solid command of site supervision and a team-oriented approach with engineers and planners. Your expertise will ensure design intent compliance while actively engaging in business development and client relations.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead projects from design development to construction completion - Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications,
and municipal standards - Prepare proposals and fee estimates for business development - Develop detailed landscape design concepts and plans - Conduct construction reviews and ensure project documentation
Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture - CSTS 2020 certification or willingness to obtain - Full membership or ability to obtain membership with AALA/CSLA - Minimum 10 years of landscape architecture experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
