Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the Mortgage Discharge department by working across four operational workstations.
Review mortgage statements and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Issue mortgage-related documents in accordance with established procedures.
Execute transactions accurately, on time, and in line with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Validate incoming transactions and supporting information before processing adjustments within authority levels.
Respond to internal partner requests in a timely and effective manner.
Refer or escalate operational issues when required to ensure service quality is maintained.
Prioritize and manage workload to meet productivity and service level requirements.
Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes.
Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate.
Review internal processes and identify prospects for continuous process improvement.
Maintain confidentiality while managing correspondence, documentation, and sensitive information.
