Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. Description The Senior Project Manager in this role will lead the enterprise deployment of Twilio Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) capabilities across the organization. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a secure, scalable, and user-centric authentication solution that enhances organizational cybersecurity while minimizing disruption to business operations. The Senior PM will partner closely with Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Service Desk, Communications, and business stakeholders to deliver the MFA rollout through pilot, deployment, adoption, and operational transition phases.
The role requires robust stakeholder management, vendor coordination, governance, risk management, and organizational change leadership. Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of the Twilio MFA implementation program. Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities. Coordinate multiple workstreams including solution design, testing, communications, training, deployment, and support readiness. Cybersecurity & Identity Integration: Partner with IAM and Security teams to align MFA deployment with enterprise identity strategy. Coordinate integration activities with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO platforms, customer applications, and third-party systems. Stakeholder & Executive Engagement: Serve as the primary point of coordination between business units, technology teams, security leadership, and vendors. Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, decision forums, and executive governance meetings.
