What you'll do
- Manage all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- CPA designation is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
