Top Aces is looking for a Mission Systems Operator reporting directly to the Chief Pilot. Your responsibilities will include maintaining system qualifications and assisting in sensor operator training. Collaborate with pilots to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational effectiveness on Learjet and Alpha Jet platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate motion imagery systems for operational missions
• Maintain qualifications and competency requirements
• Assist in training development for sensor operators
• Coordinate mission planning with team and address challenges
• Uphold strict adherence to safety and company standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in operational air-to-ground experience
• Level II SECRET clearance required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary
• Solid communication skills with a focus on teamwork
• Previous experience in fast jet operations is a plus
