Your Opportunity
Our Barrie office is looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Assurance team. This is a replacement role where the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities:

Effectively and efficiently handle audit tasks independently or within a team workplace

Efficiently prepare year‑end engagements for clients in a variety of industries

Perform audits on a variety of organizations, prepare working papers and financial statements per regulatory standards

Build positive working relationships with clients and respond to requests and suggestions

Communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Engage in staff training and invest in the professional development of the team

Your experience and education

You have completed your CPA designation or are in the process of completion.

You have 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry.

You enjoy working with high‑growth and dynamic private and publicly‑listed enterprises.

You are keen to develop further knowledge about the business, assurance and regulatory requirements of publicly‑listed entities and private businesses.

You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.

You display strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

The expected range of compensation for this role is: $62,000 to $96,000.
