Job Overview WELL Health – Cedar Hills Medical Clinic (128th & 96th Ave) is looking for a physician group to establish or relocate their practice. The clinic is newly renovated and located in the busy Cedar Hills shopping complex. It offers a supportive, physician‑focused environment with administrative staff ready to assist. The clinic is part of a multi‑disciplinary practice in the Surrey North Delta Division of Family Practice and includes a virtual/telehealth option.
Location 120–12852 96th Ave, Surrey, Canada
Job Type Medium Term (2‑8 weeks) with proposed dates from March 10, 2025 to December 31, 2028.
Hours Easily customized schedule with either full‑time or part‑time hours, flexible hours and no strict policy around time off. The clinic is open Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑2:00 pm; the new physician can work out a customized schedule with the clinic manager.
Financials Overhead Agreement:



Billing split – to be discussed*
Monthly payment structures: FFS, LFP, or PCN
Financial agreement coordinated through the Director of Recruitment
Practice Details Access to 2 examination rooms during shifts (clinic has 7 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms)
