We are hiring a Technical Manager to enhance our CNC die and mold operations. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on CNC machining expertise and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in the metal machining industry with solid CNC programming skills for both milling and turning. Proficiency with machine controls such as FANUC, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of machine shop applications
• Implement CNC macro programs aimed at improving automation
• Mentor and manage the CAM programming team
• Support and troubleshoot technical challenges in the workshop
• Improve processes and productivity continuously

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in metal machining
• Strong CNC programming experience
• Familiarity with FANUC, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain controls
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Leadership experience in machining
