Your responsibilities will involve enhancing Yardi ABF systems and contributing to thorough financial analyses. Effective communication and collaboration with business teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
• Review financial variances and performance analysis
• Maintain Yardi ABF and develop reporting dashboards
• Lead initiatives for accounting system improvements
• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Solid real estate accounting practices knowledge
• Skilled in financial reporting tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
• Familiarity with problem-solving analytical methods
