Description
We are seeking an Addiction Medicine Physician to join our specialized treatment program at Ravensview, part of Homewood Health. This position involves delivering evidence‑based treatments and superior outcomes within a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including nurses, dieticians, social workers, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, and horticulture therapists.

Responsibilities

Clinically responsible for assigned patients including admission, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, monitoring, referral, daily care, and discharge.

Clinical care includes diagnosis and management of substance use disorders, medication management,



and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team for return‑to‑work planning and psychotherapeutic interventions.

Provide ongoing supervision and management of clinical/patient care, including individual assessments with the patient to ensure ongoing standards of patient care are met.

Collaborate with other physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals in providing optimal patient care within an interdisciplinary team.
