As an Industrial Credit Officer at Richelieu, your responsibilities will include managing accounts, processing credit applications, and working closely with sales and customer service staff. Reporting to the Director of Industrial Credit, you will build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a robust portfolio of customer accounts
• Collect outstanding balances through effective communication
• Release orders daily after thorough review
• Conduct detailed credit investigations for new clients
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service

Requirements:
• College diploma or related experience of 5 years
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of AS400 or JD Edwards systems preferred
