e4c is seeking a Support Worker to assist youth aged 13–17 facing trauma, homelessness, and barriers within a trauma-informed, supportive housing setting. You will build trusting relationships, promote safety and well-being, and contribute to individualized care plans and life skills.

You will collaborate with care teams, maintain accurate records, support daily routines, meals, medication administration, and crisis intervention.
