This role requires monitoring compliance with health and safety standards within mining operations. You will conduct wellness checks, manage first aid responses, and assist with claims processes effectively. A strong aptitude for communication and organizational skills is necessary to succeed in maintaining high safety performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all visitors and staff in a courteous manner
• Conduct health and wellness checks regularly
• Monitor safety procedures and report incidents




• Assist in implementing drug and alcohol programs
• Provide first aid and emergency response support

Requirements:
• Minimum three years' first aid experience with OFA Level 3
• Valid Driver's License and mine rescue training preferred
• Strong ability to work under high-stress conditions
• Above average computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn and adapt in varied weather
