Inside Sales Equipment Representative - Hybrid
Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Sales, you will drive our hardware by managing the full sales cycle. This advanced role focuses on upgrading existing hardware for base customers and converting new marketing‑generated leads into long‑term partnerships. As the successful candidate, you will be comfortable navigating the entire sales process—prospect engagement to crafting custom proposals and delivering high‑impact virtual product demonstrations. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and build strong, consultative relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage the existing client base to identify hardware refresh opportunities and provide tailored upgrade solutions.
Follow up on and qualify marketing‑generated leads, managing the pipeline from initial contact to close.
Create customized sales proposals and deliver product demonstrations virtually via video calls to convert prospects and retain current clients.
Achieve sales quotas by developing and executing an individual business plan and predicting future sales based on trends.
To Succeed, You Will Need
A high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a technical sales role.
Proven experience creating and presenting sales proposals and conducting professional product demonstrations.
Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Good process management skills.
Hybrid Work
This position offers a hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance).
When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Work from home is supported with cloud‑based applications and collaboration tools.

Compensation
Canon Canada Inc. is committed to transparent and fair compensation and job postings. This position offers a competitive salary within the specified range. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job‑related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. On Target Earnings (OTE) $77,500 - $81,200 annually (uncapped commission). Actual OTE is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
