Key Responsibilities:
• Document detailed assessments and develop treatment plans
• Order necessary tests and interpret results effectively
• Communicate care plans to families and caregivers
• Identify opportunities for healthcare improvement and prevention
• Mentor NP students and participate in educational events
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Nursing required
• Active registration as RN (EC) with CNO
• At least three years of clinical experience
• Proven communication and leadership abilities
