Evergreen Sheet Metal seeks an experienced Stainless Steel Level B Welder for an important Clinical Support and Research Centre Project in Vancouver. Showcase your welding expertise and leadership skills.

As a part of Evergreen Sheet Metal, you will fill a vital role involving advanced welding techniques and safety management. This position is ideal for a welder with strong skills in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW, who can also interpret blueprints and understand welding standards. You will need to lead site efforts while abiding by strict safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding with SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes
• Read and analyze blueprints and CSA welding standards
• Oversee site operations and ensure safety compliance




• Conduct FLHAs and toolbox talks for safety awareness
• Foster communication with engineers and project supervisors

Requirements:
• Red Seal Welder certification highly preferred
• Valid CWB welding tickets (CSA W47.1 / W47.2)
• Solid understanding of OHS safety standards
• Relevant WHMIS, Fall Protection, and First Aid certifications
• Journeyperson Welder Certification required
