Required Skill Set
Skills and Responsibilities
SCCM and Intune Administration
Vulnerability & Patch Management

Drive vulnerability remediation efforts and reduce backlog.

Improve patch compliance and reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize risk‑based remediation.





Ensure vulnerability and patch management activities meet the standards established by the Cyber Security team.

Track remediation progress against CyberSecurity‑defined measurement parameters, including severity, risk rating, compliance targets, and remediation timelines.

Validate patching outcomes against approved security baselines, vulnerability management expectations, and operational compliance requirements.

Partner with Cyber Security to review vulnerability trends, recurring gaps, overdue remediation items, and areas requiring corrective action.

Maintain clear evidence of remediation progress, exception handling, risk acceptance, and compliance status for audit and governance purposes.

Strengthen reporting to provide actionable visibility into patch compliance, vulnerability exposure, remediation aging, and SLA performance.

Monitoring & Observability (On‑Premises and Cloud)

Assess and optimize monitoring and observability platforms across on‑premises and cloud workloads.

Improve alert quality by reducing noise, tuning thresholds, and ensuring alerts are actionable and insight‑driven.

Build and enhance operational dashboards to improve visibility into infrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity trends.

Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow to streamline.

Salary Range Format
Base Salary Range: 90,000 CAD/Yr – 120,000 CAD/Yr.
