Become a crucial part of Vancouver Island Health Authority's nursing team. This role focuses on patient-centered care, assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will ensure patient safety while planning and carrying out effective nursing interventions. Through communication and teamwork, you will facilitate quality care plans that address the needs of patients and their families in a multi-site workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient conditions effectively
• Implement and manage personalized nursing care plans
• Provide educational support to patients and their families
• Collaborate closely with hospital departments

Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as RN or RPN
• Up to two years of relevant experience in nursing
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and organize nursing duties
• Physical capability to perform nursing responsibilities
