Licensed Wealth Management Administrator Location: Surrey East, British Columbia
Job Overview destinationone Consulting has been retained by Sana Advisory Group, in partnership with CI Assante Wealth Management Ltd., to recruit a Licensed Wealth Management Administrator to join their growing team in Surrey, British Columbia.
Sana Family Office is a boutique wealth management practice dedicated to delivering highly personalized financial guidance to individuals, families, and business owners. The team is close knit, collaborative, and deeply committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. With offices in Surrey and Abbotsford, the firm continues to grow its presence while maintaining a high touch service model.
Key Responsibilities Provide day to day administrative and operational support to wealth management advisors
Prepare and process account documentation, transactions, and client instructions
Maintain and update client records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Support client reporting,
portfolio updates, and documentation requirements
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, contributing to a high quality client experience
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery
Requirements A valid securities license in British Columbia is an asset, but not required
Minimum five years of experience in wealth management or financial services administration
Strong understanding of investment products, account structures, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication skills with a client first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry related financial systems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team setting
Compensation and Growth Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience
Performance review and salary adjustment after six months
Bonus eligibility after one year of employment
