Assess models, vendors, and platforms, and make pragmatic build‑versus‑buy recommendations.
Establish monitoring, evaluation, and cost‑control practices for AI systems in production.
Define technical standards for AI work and mentor members of the development team.

Hands‑on experience building applications with large language models: RAG, function calling/agents, vector search, and evaluation.
Up‑to‑date knowledge of AI models and agent technologies, able to recommend the most appropriate choice for specific business problems, balancing performance, cost, and risk.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with third‑party services.
Solid understanding of Azure DevOps for CI/CD, build/release pipelines, and source control (Git).
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
We strongly encourage applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability status.
