Description
West Boulevard Medical, a recent Family Practice clinic in the Kerrisdale area, is looking to grow our team. We provide 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure/surgical room, and a shared doctors office. Appointments are conducted both virtually and in person, serving a full‑scope patient population.
Position Details
Flexible arrangement: one full‑time equivalent (FTE) position or two part‑time positions. The first to join chooses the role.
Remote work / virtual facilitation available, but not mandatory.
Remuneration: 70/30 split. LFP 0/100 on indirect billing (98011 and 98041). Panel quarterly payments to be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.
Qualifications & Preferences
Fluency in English required. Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset but not mandatory for short‑term locums or part‑time associates who intend to develop a new patient panel.
Ability to work independently within a team supported by 3–4 MOAs, a Billing Manager, and a guest Clinical pharmacist.

Bus stop adjacent. Free 2‑hour parking within 2 blocks, ample meter parking within 1–2 blocks, limited free all‑day parking within 2 blocks. Monthly parking available for $80/month.
Location advantages: street‑level clinic, no physical barrier to patient access, unobstructed view onto Arbutus Greenway, close to several specialty services within 3 blocks, 12‑minute drive to UBC Point Grey.
Technologies: Using the latest EMR MYLE by Medfar, highly recommended by physician leaders across BC.
