Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of pediatric patients and families
• Develop personalized care plans in partnership with healthcare teams
• Monitor and coordinate specialist referrals and community resources




• Educate families on health management and preventive care
• Document patient care activities in health records

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support is a plus
• Class G Driver’s License required
• Ability to communicate in Cree is advantageous
