What will your day‑to‑day look like?

Agir à titre de principal point de contact et ambassadeur de P&WC; auprès des exploitants. Act as a main point of contact and P&W; ambassador for operators using/working with P&W; products.

Fournir un soutien technique, commercial et opérationnel, à distance comme sur site. Provide assistance and solutions for all technical, commercial, and operational problems, as required remotely and on‑site.

Offrir un service de niveau « concierge ». Provide concierge‑level service as the single point of account management for all aspects of the relationship with P&W.;

Maîtriser l’ensemble des offres de services de P&WC.; Be proficient in all P&W; service offerings to support customer operations.

Mettre à profit les meilleures pratiques proactives. Leverage proactive best practices optimizing aircraft availability.





Assurer le suivi de tous les événements liés aux moteurs installés sur aéronef. Monitor all off‑wing/on‑wing events, geographic field readiness and capabilities.

Maintenir à jour toutes les données pertinentes. Maintain all relevant data up to date, participate in customer visit and trade show preparation.

Gérer activement les relations entre P&W;, les clients, centres de service et OEM. Actively manage P&W;’s relationship with customers, service centers and aircraft OEMs.

Prendre en charge les enjeux des clients, gérer l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur. Own customer issues, manage the full value chain and drive timely resolution.

Répondre aux questions techniques et commerciales. Respond to and clarify technical and commercial issues for operators and FBOs in the region, working closely with Aircraft OEM and P&W; departments.

Soutenir l'élaboration de nouvelles propositions contractuelles. Support new contract proposals and compliance.

Définir des stratégies de service continu. Define strategies to drive service improvements and provide best‑in‑class support.

Participer aux projets internes. Take active part in internal projects and initiatives to enhance organizational performance and customer experience.

Optimiser les plans de maintenance. Responsible and accountable for achieving engine maintenance plan optimization, enhancements and contract objectives.

Effectuer des déplacements. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Maintenir une présence constante. Ensure customer reach through frequent communication, meetings and visits.

Adopter une approche proactive. Proactively provide services & support.

Représenter P&W; aux conférences, salons. Represent P&W; and its products at operator conferences, trade shows and customer seminars/forums.

What do you need to be successful?

Baccalauréat + ≥8 ans d’expérience pertinente or Master + ≥5 ans d’expérience pertinente.

Diplôme en administration des affaires, finance,



génie ou domaine connexe fortement souhaité / Business Administration, Financial, Engineering or equivalent degree is preferred.

Expérience dans le secteur de l’aérospatiale / Prior experience in Aerospace.

Leadership démontré en gestion de comptes clients / Demonstrated leadership in customer account management.

Communication avec cadres supérieurs / Capable to communicate at executive level.

Compétences en gestion de projets / Proficient project management skill set.

Connaissances commerciales et techniques solides / Strong commercial/business acumen and technical knowledge.

Maîtrise des outils CRM et Microsoft Office (Excel avancé); PowerBI, langages de programmation sont un atout / CRM; Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills); PowerBI & Coding (Optional).
