You'll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, procurement, client relationships, and project teams across commercial tenant improvements and occupied renovation projects throughout Metro Vancouve.
Requirements ts:8+ years' PM experience with a BC GC or
CMCommercial TI experie
nceCity of Vancouver project experie
nceStrong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and budget
ingProcore, Bluebeam, and MS Project proficie
