Key Responsibilities:
• Work autonomously on accident benefits and disputes
• Appear at the License Appeal Tribunal as needed
• Assist in coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues




• Assess and control indemnity while optimizing resolutions
• Engage in negotiations with a focus on client relationships
Requirements:
• Current member of the Law Society of Ontario
• 5+ years in insurance litigation required
• Direct experience with Accident Perks cases
• Experience at the License Appeal Tribunal preferred
• Familiarity with legal tech tools and software
