Qualifications

Recent college graduate with Electrical/Electronic technology Diploma program or Associate CAD Diploma

5+ years of PCB Layout work and CAD/CAM experience

The candidate has to be focused, perseverant, a good communicator and an effective team player given the interdisciplinary environment.

Expertise with Cadence Allegro and other Cad tools essential

Understanding of the PCB design process and required deliverables

Robust knowledge and experience with high-speed routing methodologies, single ended & differential controlled impedance design, power/ground planes, terminations, Via technologies, board materials and stack-ups, safety isolation requirements, EMC/EMI considerations, manufacturability constraints, and manufacturing test requirements

Nice to Have Skills & Experience





Knowledge of the PCB manufacturing and assembly process is an asset

Familiarity with high-speed hardware design and photonic interfaces a plus
