Responsibilities Report to the Controller and support multi-family property management, leasing and finance to ensure information flowing between teams is complete, accurate and ready for financial reporting.
Manage lease administration, resident account administration, payment processing, rent roll reviews and month-end support.
Serve as the quality control point for residential lease information to prevent errors from reaching finance and protect revenue streams.
Collaborate with leasing, operations and property management to investigate discrepancies, resolve issues and support process improvements.
What Sets You Apart / Qualifications Experience supporting multi-family property management and understanding how lease administration, resident accounts and financial accuracy work together.
Strong attention to detail and ability to notice when something does not look right; ability to ask questions, investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy before data moves forward.
Organized,
detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple departments; confident communication when reviewing lease documentation, reconciling resident accounts or working with property managers.
Experience with Yardi is an asset; otherwise strong judgement, curiosity and attention to detail are essential.
