As a member of our Nursing Resource Team, you will work across medical and surgical units, undertaking rotating shifts to ensure comprehensive care. We are looking for a clinically skilled nurse with a minimum of two years’ related experience and a robust commitment to patient education and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nursing duties in all assigned inpatient units
• Work adaptable rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Teach patients and families effectively
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize strong assessment skills for patient care
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least 2 years of medical or surgical nursing experience
• Excellent assessment and communication abilities
• Commitment to Coronary Care training
• Understanding of equity and diversity in healthcare
