As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will conduct workshops, assess processes, and document current and future workflows. Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with People & Culture to gather business requirements
• Document and assess current processes for improvements
• Lead workshops to identify future-state workflows
• Conduct gap analysis to support system enhancements
• Facilitate process mapping for smoother operations
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• Familiarity with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS
• Solid skills in facilitation and requirements gathering
• Understanding of Workday or similar HR systems
• Capability to document workflows and processes accurately
