What You'll Do Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across multiple styles of service
Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards
Support daily prep, service, inventory, and organization




Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with the culinary and lodge teams
Continue developing your skills under experienced culinary leadership
We're Looking For 2+ years of professional kitchen experience
Culinary training or equivalent experience
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent organization and attention to detail
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
