CIMA+ is hiring an HR Business Partner on a 14-month temporary contract based in Ontario, with offices in Mississauga, Burlington or Markham. The role partners with leaders and employees to deliver people-centered HR solutions while navigating Ontario employment laws and a rapid-paced growth agenda.
You will coach managers, drive engagement, support compensation discussions, and align HR practices with regional and organizational goals.
