The Charge Nurse will oversee nursing care for residents in a supportive role under the Manager of Iroquois Lodge. You will be responsible for guiding RPNs and PSWs while managing patient needs and administering care. Focus on building relationships with staff and community members to enhance the quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe nursing care following established standards
• Supervise nursing staff and manage care plans
• Assess and record residents’ health conditions accurately




• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and physicians

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• Ability to work up to 24 hours weekly
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
• Explicit police clearance review needed
