Shape the future of students as an Experiential Learning Advisor at Gustavson. This role focuses on hands-on learning experiences that build essential skills and foster socially conscious leaders.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will collaborate closely with academic programs to enrich student learning journeys. This advisor position requires a background in coaching, experiential learning facilitation, and teamwork dynamics. You will help students develop effective leadership and teamwork skills through tailored training and coaching sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate teamwork training and experiential learning activities
• Develop leadership and teamwork skills aligned with program objectives
• Coach students for personal growth and academic success




• Collaborate on a school-wide teamwork framework and tools
• Address diverse student needs with sensitivity and inclusivity

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree plus 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Coaching training (ICF Certification is an asset)
• Experience in workshop facilitation and applied learning
• Robust understanding of teamwork frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
