As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all repair and maintenance functions at our retirement community. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
• Coordinate and direct contract work as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance
• Supervisory experience managing budgets or contractors
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC standards
• Valid BC driver’s license and WHMIS certification
• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
