Dozer Operators - Fort Hills - 14/7 - Camp + Paid Flights - Fort McMurray, AB Kichton Construction LP is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join their team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This full-time role involves operating large dozers (D9-D11) at the Fort Hills site, supporting mining operations in the oilsands. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, have strong communication skills, and bring at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in mining or heavy civil environments.

What You’ll Need Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating Dozers D9 to D11
Willingness and ability to work in soft ground conditions (Muskeg) and rip frost above shovels
Familiarity with production environments
Ability to follow instructions and ensure secure equipment operation
Strong attention to safety and detail
Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
What Will Make You Stand Out Minimum one year of experience in a mining atmosphere preferred
