SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the acquisition and development of new business opportunities; Prepare and enter submissions, proposals, and other sales initiatives into the tracking system; Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) by researching costs and market prices; Research and follow up on internal surplus inventory, gather all required documentation, and upload it into the inventory system; Source suppliers, issue and/or track purchase orders and repair orders within required deadlines; Create and prepare invoices related to sales orders,



ensuring all applicable taxes and fees are correctly included; Track sales leads and conduct research to identify potential customers; Ensure all communications with new and existing customers are logged in the CRM system; Prepare and analyze data to develop the sales pipeline, as well as update and maintain the sales department database; Offer professional, effective, and efficient solutions to customer requests, including internal and external concerns; Provide recommendations regarding price competitiveness; Participate in trade shows and product meetings, when required; Perform any other related assigned tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Post-secondary education in a business administration or commerce related field; Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; Strong attention to detail and strong process continuous improvement orientation; Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; Ability to interpret and analyze sales data; Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently as well as in a team; Excellent sales and negotiation skills; Valuable presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Excellent communication and customer management skills; Occasional travel required.
